We had been waiting several weeks for a phone system / broadband installation for a new office, which was due to be opening in September 2023. As weeks seemed to pass, we didn't appear to be having much success with our existing provider, until it was suggested to us by a third party to speak with Paul. Paul's advice was extremely helpful, he ran through his preferred platform which we found extremely intuitive and easy to use, he ran through our options and the procedure of switching providers.
24 hours later as promised we received a comprehensive proposal thoroughly explaining the costing/procedure and listing the platforms that was being used, which was fully flexible with a significant saving in running cost.
